  1. Sit in a relaxed position with your backs straight.
  2. Shut your right nostril with your right thumb and place the forefinger and the middle finger of your right arm, at the centre of your eyebrows.

  5. Follow the method and simply use your left nostril to inhale and right nostril to exhale.
  6. After 10 to 20 rounds with inhaling through the right nostril, repeat the method and inhale for 10 to 20 times through left nostril.
  7. The breath is slightly deeper than usual. When you are done, put your hands on your knees and relax for a few seconds before starting next Yoga.

Ardha Matsyendrasana (Sitting half spinal twist):

  1. Sit with your back straight.
  2. Try to touch your left buttock with your right foot and raise your left leg upward. Now touch your right thigh with your left ankle by keeping your left leg upward.
  3. Leave your left arm to rest on the floor and with your right arm hold your left foot.
  4. Now breathe deeply and slowly.
  5. After breathing for 1minute straight, leave the position and follow the steps backwards.
  6. Now do the same again on the other side.
  7. Repeat the cycle for at least 4 to 5 times

Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving pose):

  5. Hug your knees and try to hold it for a few seconds by locking your fingers around your knees.
  6. Try that your bended knees can touch your nose.
  7. Now return to the Shavasana pose.
  8. Repeat this cycle for 3 to 5 minutes.

Badhakonasana (Butterfly pose):

This Yoga will help you by relieving fatigue and improving blood circulation. Butterfly pose has a significant effect on Asthma.


  1. Sit with back straight. Put your hands on the ground and bend your knees and bring the heels close to your pelvic region.
  2. Touch the soles of the feet together.
  3. Grab your ankles with your hands.

  • Shavasana ( Corpse pose ) :
