The average desk cost is highest in Hong Kong followed by Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu.

By End-User Type: Enterprises accounted for the highest share in the overall demand of flexible workspace in China followed by MSMEs/Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs/Freelancers.
