I came across DesignCap Presentation Maker occasionally last year when I was surfing on the Internet to find inspiration for making attractive fashion design presentations. And since then, I have radically changed my way of designing documents, presentations, infographics, etc.

What is DesignCap?

It is a graphic design website that allows you to create presentations, infographics, social media graphics, documents, and many other graphic designs in a super-easy way using the drag-and-drop technique. But that’s not all: this tool’s potential is that it offers thousands of ready-made templates in which you only have to change text and images and achieve very professional results.

Since I have known it, I have used it for everything: classroom presentation, fashion poster, YouTube channel art, even last year’s annual report of our company. I did it based on a DesignCap design!

Create presentations in 3 steps

With DesignCap, you can quickly get an attractive presentation in only three steps due to its large number of art resources and flexible editing tools.

Step 1. Get design ideas

It’s easy to get design ideas by starting a blank presentation and inserting words onto the slide with a brainstorm. Alternatively, DesignCap allows you to create a list of high-quality recommended templates that reflect the text on the slide, plus a design scheme with colors that complement the photo of your choice. All the slide designs in the presentation will fit visually.

After scrolling through the templates in the DesignCap template panel on the right side of the window, you can select the desired template, and then you are in full control of the designs you add to your slide. Once you choose a template, the slide will change accordingly. You can also pick another idea from the template list or go back to the template panel to get another one.

Step 2. Control your presentation layout

Design ideas will depend on the presentation template design. You can change the title slide with your topic. You can also change the images, charts, tables, backgrounds, and other elements on a slide and organize them into a consistent and attractive layout. You can use the layout to make your online portfolio as well.

To make your presentation more attractive, you can do more visuals and less text in the design. But if you want to add much text on your slide, you can turn text like processes, lists, or timelines into an easily readable graphic. You can even add funny quotes in the presentation. Bulleted lists receive suggestions for an icon to accompany each bullet icon. If you don’t like the template’s icon, search a new one under its millions of online icons or upload your own from your computer to replace it.

With DesignCap Presentation Maker, you can quickly turn the boring statistics to a visual chart as well. It allows you to bring data from CSV, XLSX, and XLS file formats. It is very convenient to deal with data. If you are going to present data about any country or any place, you can search for a specific area to add a dynamic map.

You have many other options to make more changes to your design. But since it is pretty straightforward, I’m not going to show them here one by one. If you try it out and do some clicks, you will know how easy it is. If you do some steps mistakenly, press Ctrl + Z to undo a layout change you just made.

Step 3. Share and present

After you think everything is excellent, share the presentation with your clients, colleagues, classmate, etc. You can download it as an image format (JPG, PNG, PDF) or download it as PPTX. Even more, you can present it directly in DesignCap with a transition effect you like.

Final word

You will be able to deal with all the options that DesignCap offers to create attractive presentations: work with fonts, colors, images, graphics, import, export, etc. easily. Give it a try! It will change your design life! (or almost).
