  • Travel-Friendly Workout

If you have to travel frequently, then glute and hip bands are your friends. These bands will help you maintain your fitness and even add to your training program if needed.

To do this, first lie with your face up on a mat. Then bend your knees and wrap a band around both of your thighs. You should make sure that it is above the knees. After that, ensure that your feet are hip-width apart. Now, put both of your hands steadily at your two sides. Make sure that your fingers are close enough to graze your heels.

Now, use your core and press your lower back against the mat; after that, push using your feet and then lift up your hips till they correctly align with the knees. Lastly, squeeze your heavenly glutes right at the top. Once that’s done, steadily bring down your hips till your posture returns to that of the starting position. With this exercise, you will be able to build your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and more.

  • Banded Clam-Shell

For this, you will have to lie on your left-hand side first. Make sure that your knees, hips, and ankles are all properly stacked together on each other. Now, bend both of your knees at a full 90 degrees. After that, wrap the resistance band properly around your thighs. Ensure that it remains above the knees.

Now lift your right knee and open it slowly. Note that your feet have to be kept together throughout this. After that, slowly lower your knee so that it meets your left one. While doing this exercise, your core should be engaged. Make sure your back is straight as well. Don’t attempt to tip back or lean forward at all. Also, once you are done with one side, switch to the other one.
