You may want to leave the country as early as possible, as most immigration procedures take approximately nine months to complete.
Most states require their primary caregivers to be employed while in the country. If you are working in Canada, you should ensure that the employment status there is valid. In most cases the employment will be valid only during the six-month period of the program, but sometimes the authorities waive this requirement.

This information will help the authorities to determine if the person you are planning to sponsor is eligible for an Super Visa.
