If you want to change your lifestyle to feel good both inside and out, you have to be determined, dedicated and have a routine . The celebrities know very well why there are so many celebrities who practice Pilates Face .

A routine is essential. It is what creates the habit . And the key to changing habits is planning . You have to plan and find a moment for yourself throughout the day.

This is my weekly routine:

  • I do the daily anti – aging face Pilates Facial routine for 10 minutes, 5 times a week. This means that I have to get up a few minutes earlier, but I am happy and I feel fulfilled with myself. The results are worth it!
  • I see that the best time to do Facial Pilates is in the morning because during the day I am busy and I can’t find the time to practice it.
  • I wash my hair 3 times a week . This is where I try to take a few extra minutes to do the hair massage routine .
  • My motto to stay healthy is to take good care of myself during the week (Monday to Friday). This means that I follow my diet according to my metabolic typology and I do not consume processed foods. I also drink alcohol in moderation.
  • I exercise 3 times a week , for at least an hour, and I walk every day as much as I can.
  • I try to always take a moment a day to allow my mind to rest and my spirit to focus . Even if it’s only 10 minutes of meditation, a couple of minutes of mindful breathing, a massage, or going for a walk.

This is my routine. Find yours and make your wellness habits a reality . And look for a little vanity, it will help you! Because you have to love yourself.

At what age should you start doing Facial Pilates and hair massage?

Really, start now! The earlier you start, the better the results will be. And this serves both to do Facial Pilates and for hair massage .

Normally people who reach a certain age enter a moment of crisis when they look in the mirror. They see all those wrinkles and blemishes that they may have previously ignored. From my experience, this seems to happen around 50 years. Well, don’t wait to get to this 50’s crisis!

A positive aspect to note is that, even if you are 50 years old and start to take care of yourself now, you still have time to make a change. It is never too late to take care of yourself and change your healthy habits. You’re smart. Get motivated. And keep or restore your youthful appearance.

Who can perform these Facial Pilates routines?

The answer to that question is easy: everyone!

I think that we should all practice Face Pilates and hair massage . It seems crazy to me not to!

However, there are cases in which a person must consider their health status before choosing to try an alternative method. The best rule is always to be safe.

When you practice Facial Pilates or hair massage, you are working the pressure points and meridians of your body. This can have an effect on your organs, blood, and skin. They are all connected and, when you are working on them, you stimulate the same energy pathways as when you receive acupuncture or reflexology. But sometimes it can lead to contradictions in the body.

Who should not do the Pilates Facial or Hair Massage routines?

Here are the reasons why someone shouldn’t practice any of these facial exercise routines :
