Description

The 5503GM is an N-Channel High-Density Trench MOSFETs which is utilize for advanced processing techniques to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This benefit, added with the fast-switching speed and ruggedized device design of the electronic module 5503GM provides the designer with an extremely efficient and reliable electronic module for use in several  applications.

Due to the fact that the 5503GM has  low on-state resistance to minimize conduction losses. Additionally, the low output capacitance  and the optimized gate charge reduce switching related power loss of the 5503GM.

FAIRCHILD designed and manufactured the 5503GM with circuit schematic. The 5503GM, which comes in the SOT-263 package, is a component of the IC Chips.
