How To Get NABERS Rating- 5 Easy Steps?

1. Sign a contract

You need to sign the Commitment Agreement contract and pay the necessary fee. You’ll receive a counter-signed contract from NABERS. You’ll then have a limited permit for promoting your target rating with appropriate wording.

2. Design, document, and model

Adhering to the terms and energy performance level mentioned in the Commitment Agreement, design the building. Prepare all required documentation.

3. Secure and submit the Independent Design Review report

Contact a member of the Independent Design Review Panel to assess your project and share a report. Now, forward that report to NABERS.

4. Promote your target rating

Once your report gets approved by NABERS, you have a full licence to advertise your target rating- including using the Commitment Agreement certificate and logo.

5. Get a NABERS performance rating.

Once your project is operational, contact a NABERS Accredited Assessor to access your building and provide a Performance Rating based on twelve months of actual, operational energy consumption.
