After successful competition of JEE Mains which is the first level of IIT JEE exams. Once you score god rank in this then you are eligible to get admission in All India Rank. The Institutes you can apply to are below:

  • Admission into any of the 32 NITs (National Institutes of Technology).
  • Admission into any of the 18 IIITs (Indian Institution of Information Technology).
  • Admission into any of the 19 CFTIs (Centrally Funded Technical Institutes).
  • Admission into any other participating engineering colleges.
  • Eligibility for the IIT JEE Advanced exam.

You are also eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs: If you are in TMES for 11th and 12th science classes in Hiranandani or any of their branches. Then you can take help from them to help you to decide which option to go for. Just FYI you can go for the B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch / B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Planning courses in the NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs will be through Central Seat Allocation Board. But to select all this you also need to check the eligibility criteria. If you want you can check below all you need to know.

  • An All India Rank in JEE Mains.
  • Score of at least 75% marks in the 12th standard examination.
  • Candidates will have to be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12 examination / Qualifying examination conducted by the respective Boards.
  • For SC/ST candidates, the qualifying marks would be 65% in the class 12 examination/qualifying examination.

We are not yet done with a complete difference between JEE and IIT. But I already shared the main difference between both and deep details about JEE Mains.
