Use a solder suction device to disassemble the integrated block. This is a common professional method. The tool used is an ordinary suction and soldering electric soldering iron with a power above 35W. When disassembling the integrated block, just put the heated dual-purpose electric soldering iron head on the pin of the integrated block to be disassembled, and the solder joint will be sucked into the tin sucker after the solder is melted. (3) The method of disassembling the soldering iron brush
When disassembling the integrated block, heat the electric soldering iron first, and when the soldering temperature reaches the melting temperature to melt the solder on the pins, take the opportunity to sweep away the molten solder with a brush to separate the pins of the integrated block from the printed board. Finally, use sharp tweezers or a small flat-blade screwdriver to pry off the integrated block.
(4) Add solder melting and disassembly method
Add some solder to the pins of the integrated block to be disassembled to connect the solder joints of each column of pins, so as to facilitate heat transfer and facilitate disassembly. When disassembling, use an electric soldering iron to heat each row of pins with a sharp tweezers or a small flat-blade screwdriver to pry, and the two rows of pins are heated alternately until they are removed.
