Description:

The FGPF4633 is a 330 volt primary distribution panel (PDP) produced by Fairchild’s new family of trench IGBTs, which utilize unique trench IGBT technology. The FGPF4633 is an Insulated Gate Bipolar transistor (IGBT), and just like any other kind of transistor device it can be used for amplification or switching of electrical signals.The FGPF4633 comes three terminals because is an IGBT, these 3 terminals are called Gate, Collector and Emitter.The FGPF4633 is a primary distribution panel (PDP) trench IGBT specially designed for plasma display panels. The FGPF4633 primary distribution panel utilizes advanced trench technology, this gives it the capability to handle high temperature and peak current of 300A, this capability makes the FGPF4633 device suitable for professional detailed product applications such as PDP TV, Consumer appliances, Lighting.
