Founder and CEO of Saraf Furniture, Raghunandan Saraf marked his journey with its own set of challenges which majorly includes revamping the export business of traditional furniture along with starting operations in India initially. Mr. Saraf while sharing his journey stated that “While setting up in the earlier days, we faced some consumer awareness related challenges which were related to the difference between standard furniture and solid Sheesham wood furnishings”. To overcome this challenge, the company forayed into the market with its experience stores in different cities across the country. At present, the company has offline stores in various parts of the country and is planning to expand in unreached parts this year.
