Most people now know that vitamin D is important for the body for many reasons. And many have heard that the primary source of vitamin D is the sun.In fact, people who spend most of their days outside the home have a lower incidence of melanoma than those who work indoors. This is because the primary risk factor for melanoma is sometimes significant sunburn, especially when young. Restricted people have a lower incidence of melanoma, as they do not get sunlight and how long does it take to tan.   • Low rates of cancer

And a large study of 25,000 people with high doses of vitamin D over a 5-year period. There is essentially no benefit to vitamin D supplementation.

How is this possible?

A possible explanation for this is that a large statistical error was found in the original vitamin D study, which recommended a large amount of vitamin D supplementation.It is very likely that this study was giving people very little vitamin D to do well when it comes to how long does it take to tan. Sun exposure and mortality
