Canva is a graphic design creation program you can use to help you supplement your social media posts.

 You can schedule posts for Instagram directly from the Canva website or the Canva app onto the Instagram app.

 Once you download Canva Pro (you can check out a 30-day free trial link here https://canva.7eqqol.net/c/2093829/64…), you will see on the Canva website:

 

  1.     With Canva Pro and an Instagram Business page on IG (must be a “Business/Professional” page). To change your account to a business account simply go to the “Settings” tab on your page
  2.     Press “Create a Design” on the top right corner
  3.     Select the “Instagram Post” option
  4.     You will see options like “Templates,” “Uploads,” and “Photos” on the left-hand side of the screen
  5.     Once you choose a design you like, you are ready to schedule your upload!
  6.     On the top right of the screen, you will see a three-dots button. Click the three dots
  7.     Under “Share,” you should see an option for “Schedule” 
  8.     Once on the “Schedule” Screen, you should see a calendar with displays for every upcoming day as well as exact times of day
  9.     Select the day you want to post your content (choose which day as well as what time of day) and then press “Next”
  10. On the next page you will see the time you set, and underneath you will find a “Schedule to” bar with a plus sign on the left. Press this tab
  11. You will then see a list of options of places where you can upload your post. These include “Instagram Business,” “Facebook Page,” “Twitter,” “LinkedIn Profile,” and more. To post to Instagram press the “Instagram Business” option
  12. You will see options to link your business account to a Facebook page. You can do so if you wish. You will need to login by pressing “Connect Via Facebook” and verifying your page in the popup screen
  13. Select your account
  14. Now, you can create a caption for your post
  15. Finally, press “Schedule Post”
  16. After you schedule your post, you can check out all of your upcoming scheduled posts in the “Content Planner” tab, which you should immediately see after scheduling your post 

 On the “Content Planner” page, you can now schedule and control new posts from a visible calendar! If you want to explore more in-depth options for your posts, you can simply select a post and you will see options to “Resize,” and then after you select how you want your design to look, you then have the option to export your post to various social media platforms.
