How can I make my shaved head look good? First and foremost, shaving a bald head doesn’t save money than going to the store. Imagine instead of spending money on a barbershop and buying shampoo and gel, hair wax, a barber would use that money to buy razors, shaving cream, and aftershave oil.
Here’s how I use to shave my head at home.
Step 1: Cut short with a trimmer
I have the trimmer at home but only use it once, the next time I only use the razor so maybe spend money to go to the store thanks to them to shave the trimmer as close as possible and then go home from shaving. But once they are in the shop, they might as well get them to shave their knives, but most of them don’t shave in the opposite direction of their hair growth, so they still feel sticky. Step 2: Bathe with warm, hot water
Before shaving, shower and wash with hot water to soften the scalp and open pores. Shaving after a warm shower is one of the best way to shave head bald for beginers.
Step 3: Apply shaving cream and wait
After taking a hot shower, cover your hair with shaving cream and wait about 5 minutes for the cream to take effect.
Step 4: Shave down the hair growth direction
If you have just come home from the shaving shop and they have shaved all the way, it’s fine to just skip this step.
– Shaving it down the direction will help you feel comfortable. Shave slowly, quickly shave easily cause scratches. With Gillette Fusion -Proglide, this is quite simple because there is vibration mode when running on a battery.
– Shave slowly from the center of the head in the direction that the hair grows to the forehead, and shave down the side of the head and the side of the head, then shave from the center of the forehead back to the back. The illustration has red arrows indicating the direction of shaving.

– On the sides and back of the head, as the skin is thinner than the top of the head, care should be taken and lighter. Step 7: Take a shower with hot water then use cold water again
Finish by taking a hot shower to remove any hair debris and then rinsing with cold water to minimize pores and small invisible scratches.
Step 8: Dry the head and apply Aftershave oil
Dry your head with a towel and apply a little Aftershave to disinfect and protect the scalp. So you can shave at home, it takes me about 30 to 40 minutes to shave. Initially, it took me about an hour and a half to get used to, after about 1 to 2 months I have improved this time significantly. One thing to note is that you should practice using both your right and left hands for best results.
The right hand is used to scrape the left area of the skull, the left hand to shave the right skull. This may be difficult at first, but once you get used to it you will be more satisfied with the results.
