Description
The PC923 is a high-speed MOSFET gate drive optocoupler that outputs 3A. The device is an integrated circuit (IC) power stage made of a light-emitting diode (LED) optically connected to a CMOS detector and with PMOS and NMOS power transistors. This has shown useful for frequent use of power MOSFETs, motor control inverters, and high-performance DC-DC converters.
The apparatus comes with an 8-pin dual in-line package that can withstand 260°C reflow soldering for lead-free solder compliance.
