Description
With a switching current of up to 110A and a voltage range of 55V to 65V, the IRF3205 is a high current N-Channel MOSFET with a switching current of up to 110A. Inverters, motor speed controllers, DC-DC converters, and other switching circuits benefit from the low on resistance of the MOSFET, which is only 8.0m, making it a good choice for switching circuits. It is also one of the most widely available and least expensive MOSFETs with a low on-resistance on the market.
