As a custom device for this circuit, Fuji Electric has commercialized the F9222L, which consists of an integrated circuit and two power MOSFETs, and this device has been favorably received for usage in flat panel television power supply applications. This device, which has a lower ON resistance and greater regulated IC performance, has been designed in order to enable increasingly larger power supply.
the F9222L is used in a variety of power supply PSU units, including Samsung LCD and other electrical parts.

Applications
This has been accomplished by switching from a plus to a minus detection approach, as well as by eliminating the influence of the power MOSFETs driving current. In order to keep the current sensing terminal from interfering with the power MOSFETs terminal, the externally attached filter has been designed to be as flexible as possible in order to meet the power supply criteria.Two GND terminals are given, which reduces the influence of the control on the IC, and the layout pattern has been simplified to make it easy to develop.When a light load burst occurs, it is used in the compensating circuit.
