All the children have a great impact on their attitudes towards the learning process and their education. Most of the time, The children spend most of their time at school with the teachers during the working weeks instead of spending time with parents and other friends. All the students spend seven to eight hours five days of the week. The influence of teachers, on the students they teach, definitely cannot be ignored. As we enter the holiday season and season of celebration, this is really an important time to reflect on the role schools play in creating and sustaining enjoyment. 

 

We can define joy as the dominant feeling of happiness. Or a person or thing that is the source of course or happiness.  The question then is, what role the teachers can play in creating and sustaining a joyful classroom environment and the school community. There are thousands of ideas that teachers can use to cultivate a classroom atmosphere, the first and the most significant mindset. The teacher’s mindset can change everything. Choosing to fully embrace a great and joyful influence on a student’s day and your own, the classroom becomes a positive environment where happiness needs to flow freely. Having a positive classroom environment, students can encounter many academic challenges with the power of acceptance and determination. The question then is, what role can teachers play in creating and sustaining a joyful classroom environment and school community? 

 

The study shows through brain imaging that they have correlated the many positive emotions with more cognitive processing, which can inspire critical thinking and flexibility. Throughout the day, teachers can use many ways to bring back the enjoyment in the classroom. First, they need to know the students, and they continually need to work to build deep, meaningful relationships that give the feeling of belonging. Researchers proved that belonging is the major component of happiness and building a strong relationship between children and the parent is very critical. The teachers can provide students with choices, empowering the students actively in learning and helping them to become independent learners. The teachers can play music and offer the moment breaks to meet their students based on the age and the grade level they teach. The teachers can take the learning outside and can give a chance to students to get out of the classroom, especially on a sunny day. Outdoor education and play support the emotional, behavioral and intellectual environment. 

 

This gives the sense of great confidence, creativity, decision-making, problem-solving skills, empathy, motor Skills, self-discipline, and initiative. Talking the education outdoor provides a great change of pace from the classroom, which both the students And teachers can enjoy, adding to a feeling of enjoyment and contentment.  Our schools, colleges, universities, and any educational institute must have a place to enjoy. As the eschool team said, joy is the best experience divided or shared; shared between the students and the teachers, collaborating the many co-workers, teachers, and the families.
