Many of us want to keep our skin looking young and vibrant for as long as possible. With an abundance of products and procedures claiming to deliver age-defying effects, determining which therapy will give you actual observable benefits may be difficult. ThermaFrax is the new, revolutionary anti-aging therapy that provides skin tightening as well as skin resurfacing effects. It’s the ideal therapy for anyone who has a hectic lifestyle because it requires no downtime.

Know About Thermafrax:

ThermaFrax combines two standard procedures that provide incredible results for the face or body. When combined, Thermage Skin Tightening and Fraxel Skin Resurfacing offers anti-aging advantages that result in tighter, smoother skin and a more youthful appearance.

Thermage is a cutting-edge, non-invasive skin tightening and smoothing therapy that achieves instant, outstanding results in patients of all ages and skin types. Fraxel treatment involves the use of laser technology to treat tiny sections of skin. The laser beam penetrates deeper without leaving scars, resulting in better collagen development and the production of new skin. The two treatments complement each other well.

Thermage:

Thermage is a one-of-a-kind radiofrequency therapy that promotes collagen formation in regions of drooping or loose skin. One treatment produces a tighter, younger appearance and feel to the skin by increasing your body’s collagen synthesis. Thermage may be used on the face, eyes, or entire body with little to no downtime. Thermage treatments are beneficial for the following:

Eyes:

Hooding, tiny wrinkles, and even our brow line may make us appear tired. It is used to treat both the upper and lower eyelids.

Face:

Smoothens lines and wrinkles and remodels collagen for general skin health.

Body:

It is a non-invasive method of smoothing our bodies’ skin and even temporarily improving the appearance of cellulite.

Fraxel Skin Resurfacing:

The Fraxel laser system can be used to treat uneven skin pigmentation caused by sunspots, melasma, and precancerous disorders such as keratosis. Although Fraxel resurfacing treatments are most typically used on face skin, they can also be utilized on other regions of the body that are prone to sun damage. The neck, chest, and hands are among the other treatment locations. Patients benefit from Fraxel resurfacing treatments in the following ways:

  • Improved skin tone and texture.
  • Reduced wrinkles around the eyes.
  • Removing brown spots
  • Improvement in the appearance of acne scars.
  • Actinic keratosis treatment that works (precancerous lesions)

The Combo Benefits!

ThermFrax is ideal for treating wrinkles around the eyes and chin, as well as enlarged pores, acne scars, and brown spots on the face and body. It can also be used to enhance skin texture, color, and eradicate pre-cancer spots on the neck, chest, and hands. Skin rejuvenation is performed gently, with no incisions or significant recuperation time. The effects are usually visible for at least six months and, in some circumstances, for several years. The main benefits of Thermfrax are:

  • The ultimate rejuvenation every year
  • Enhances skin firmness and elasticity
  • Reduces hooding of the eyelids
  • Acne scars are reduced in appearance.
  • Enhances tone and texture
  • Gets rid of unsightly brown spots
  • Improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the face and eyes
  • Skin that’s smoother, fresher, and younger-looking

No Downtime!

With ThermaFrax, a patient may come in, have their treatment performed, and then return to work with minimal downtime. Patients typically experience redness for a couple of days, similar to a sunburn, followed by a tan and/or dry skin look that lasts 3-4 days. The effects might continue for years.

The Treatment:

ThermaFrax therapy consists of two procedures: Thermage and Fraxel. Thermage stimulates collagen by delivering heat to the skin’s deeper layers. A laser is used in Fraxel therapy to improve fine wrinkles, brown spots, and enlarged pores. You’ll begin with Thermage, which takes around two hours to complete. During therapy, the device will cycle between warm and chilly sensations. Although you may feel some discomfort, the cooling is intended to make your experience safer and more comfortable. A topical anesthetic is administered one hour before the Fraxel operation to ensure your comfort. As the laser passes over your skin, you may feel a rise in heat.

Your face will feel and appear sunburned after ThermaFrax. Any redness or swelling will go quickly and can be relieved with ice packs or cold cloths. You may see some peeling, flaking, and/or bronzing during the next week (darkening). But don’t fret, this is all part of the natural healing and regeneration process. After only one week, your face will appear relaxed and renewed. But the benefits don’t end there: over the next 6-9 months, you’ll see additional firming and smoothing as your face is rejuvenated with healthy new skin.

Visibly Beautiful Skin:

ThermaFrax treatments may not produce quick results. You will notice subtle changes immediately following the sessions. As your body continues to create collagen, natural effects will continue to show over time. After the first month of using ThermaFrax, most patients see a considerable improvement in skin tone and texture. It is important to note that, while the therapy is effective, it is not a quick remedy. You will notice small changes, but they will astound you over time. Natural-looking effects develop gradually over the course of your body’s collagen rebuilding process, generally after the first month of ThermaFrax use.

Are You a Suitable Candidate?

Patients with pigmentation problems, age spots, acne scars, fine wrinkles, and mild to moderate loose or sagging skin on the face and neck are all excellent candidates. Patients who are still not suitable for a facelift or neck lift, patients who do not want surgery or patients who do not have time for “downtime.” It’s also suitable for ALL skin types. Aside from the face and neck, ThermaFrax may also be used to treat other sections of the body, such as stretch marks, which improve and become less apparent.

Two is Better Than One:

Combining Thermage NXT and Fraxel treatments back-to-back resulted in higher skin tightening and smoothing than each treatment performed alone. The combined enhancing impact of these processes is commonly referred to as the 1+1=3 EFFECT.

Safe for Your Skin!

Both the Thermage and the Fraxel treatments are non-invasive outpatient procedures that produce safe, dependable, and reproducible outcomes that are supported by significant research. Thermage treatments need no downtime. Fraxel treatments, on the other hand, require little downtime and may be tailored to your specific needs. For example, if Fraxel treatments are conducted on Thursday or Friday, you may return to work on Monday or Tuesday with minimal downtime over the weekend. Combining these treatments has no additional risks.
