SAT or Scholastic Assessment Test is a standardized test, taken by students worldwide, to take admission into bachelor’s programs at universities in Canada and the US. It has three sections: Reading, Writing, and Mathematics. SAT checks your reasoning skills through multiple choice questions and not your academic knowledge. It is a paper-pencil-based test and the duration of the SAT exam is 3 hours. Most students generally prefer to take the SAT in Class 11.

SAT is owned and developed by the College Board and in India, it is available on pre-declared test dates in different months like March, May, August, October, and December. Ensure that you register well in time because the registration for SAT closes at least a month before the exam .

SAT Exam Dates 2022

SAT is conducted offline in October, November, December, January, May & June. You can appear for the SAT during each of these months, and there is no restriction on the number of tests taken.

The SAT is held at many schools and ETS testing centers all over the country. The score reports of SAT are available online within two weeks after the test. As official score reports are accepted by the universities that are directly sent to the college board account. Students will be given a choice of selecting 4 colleges on which they can send their score reports just after they complete their exam.
