- Following that, you will notice a variety of alternatives on the website; do not be confused; you must select the management options.
- After selecting Manage, a number of submenus will appear, from which you must select Manage My Trip.
- Continue to Manage My Trip to access a page where you can cancel your ticket by providing the necessary information.
- You will then have the opportunity to cancel your ticket after it indicates that it is withdrawing. A confirmation box will then appear, and you must select yes.
