Having a baby is the most beautiful feeling, but it comes with huge responsibilities. You need to take care of their hygiene, food, sleep and many other things when they are in a stage where they can’t communicate with you. Your baby’s body is fragile and in the developing stage. You can’t feed them any food that is unhealthy and not nutritious for the body’s development. You must ensure your baby eats food with nutrients, vitamins and minerals essential for mind and body development.

Many brands, such as Slurrp Farm make healthy and tasty food products for babies, including dosa powder, cereal powder, and other healthy mixes. These recipes will make every new mom’s life easier and baby’s food more delicious, and you can use the products above to make prepping easier.

Fruit puree: When you have a newborn baby or around 3-4 months old, they have breast milk for the initial days and slowly shift to fruit purees later. Fruit purees help in good digestion for them. The primary reason to include fruit purees in their diet is to help them get all the vitamins and nutrients in the developing body. The most common fruit puree recipe is Banana Puree, made with mashed bananas, milk, and some natural sweetener. Banana has an astounding amount of potassium, vitamin C and B6, which is beneficial for the nervous system, iron absorption, skin health and blood pressure. Milk is the primary source of calcium, making the bones stronger.

To sustain their energy for the whole day, they must fill their stomach with nutritious and delicious food. You can add pasta and noodles to their diet, which will add a fun element to their daily food intake. The major problem appears when different kinds of pasta, like fusilli and macaroni, are made of refined flour that is unhealthy for your little one’s health. However, there are healthier options available in the market, such as Slurrp farm’s whole wheat fusilli pasta, made from high-quality ingredients and reasonably priced.
