  • 1 ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup flour

How to make a mousse cake at home?

  1. Grease an 8” square pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 180*C.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan set over low heat.
  4. Once melted, set aside and let it cool.
  5. Mix sugar, Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract properly in another bowl.
  6. Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the yoghurt mixture.
