Step 1: Go to the Instant Form to start Get the lead data:

Sign in to your TikTok Ads Manager account and go to Assets, then click on Creative, and then click Instant Forms. Locate the instant form you want to use in a Zap.

You will need to set up an instant form if you don’t already have one.

Step 2: To integrate, click “Connect CRM.”

Step 3: Pick your CRM to link to your instant form.

Step 4: When prompted, log in to your Zapier account.

A permissions window will pop up after you log in to your Zapier account. By clicking “Confirm,” you agree to the Platform Service Agreement and provide Zapier access to your advertising account.

Step 5: Configuring TikTok Zap

The two parts of a zap are the trigger and the action. For lead generation on TikTok, you should set up your Zap to run when a new lead is submitted on your Instant Form. Then you’ll have to choose what action you want your CRM to take when this happens. Follow the steps below:

  • Look for TikTok Lead Generation and choose it as your trigger app.
  • Link your account for TikTok Ads Manager to Zapier.
  • Choose the Instant Form that you want to use.
  • Test your trigger.
  • Set up your action steps, which are the things you want Zapier to do for you.
