A simple and fat-reducing dish shared by colleagues in the company – Toshiba broccoli in air fryer. It turns out broccoli can also be eaten like this.

1 teaspoon salt

1 broccoli

3 tablespoons olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper


Steps of Toshiba broccoli in air fryer

Step 1

Wash broccoli and cut it into small flowers


Step 2

Put the processed broccoli into a big bowl


Step 3

Sprinkle with salt, olive oil, and chopped black pepper, and mix well


Step 4

Put into Toshiba air fryer, preheat for 5 minutes, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes


Step 5

It is slightly burnt, and the burnt part is crisp. I don’t like it. The time can be shortened to 10 minutes.
