Being Bigpond user, we can understand the situation when receiving admin or administrator email regularly. This admin email is nothing else but in real they are email sent by sender to you. The real reason of such email is because or storage issue Bigpond Telstra provide only 10 GB (Gigabytes) space for email only. If your email inbox is full or you have completed 10 Gb storage than the email you will receive will show as administrator email.
How to Fix administrator email receive problem.
To fix this problem you need to clean or delete the old emails which are not important or longer in use for you. Before delete email go to the setting of Bigpond account go to mail and check storage. If storage is full than you have to delete emails.
- Login Bigpond account
- Go to inbox
- Select short by date or email mail
- Select all
- Click delete all
- Go to trash box
- Select all trash box email
- Click empty trash box
