*Monday|Wig cleaning day (performed every 1-2 weeks)

✅ Spray castor oil/hair growth essence (such as Mielle Rosemary Oil) before going to bed and massage the hairline

 

*Thursday|Nutrition + Psychological Double Cultivation

✅ Supplement essential nutrients for hair growth (zinc, iron, vitamin D, biotin)

Recommended: salmon, eggs, spinach, nuts, black beans

*Friday|Wig Styling Day (Light Heat Styling)
