Deloitte takes over Maria Solutions for an undisclosed amount
Deloitte announced its acquisition of Oracle Cloud consultancy Magia Solutions, which will help it provide more professional services. The company was founded by Steve Solomon and Peter Crew in the year 2006 before rebranding as Magia Solutions.
