People Matters is a community of people and work professionals, where members share stories to drive meaningful dialogues. Over the past ten years, People Matters has grown into an inclusive organization that includes many branches with COVID-19 coverage in the year 2020, marking their most tumultuous time yet, but they were able to cover it head on by launching tech-enabled products for talent leaders around the globe to make right decisions about how best serve these needs across different industries worldwide.

The pursuit of innovation has been a key part of what they do since day one. That’s why their mission statement is about staying true to how people feel, think and act as humans — not just focusing on work or technology but also looking ahead at the human experience from every angle possible with an eye for tomorrow’s potential advancements today! People Matters is always thinking creatively about new ways next steps can be taken, so that an organization never feels like it has stopped evolving even after years have passed by without change—whether those innovations come internally through R&D teams who push each other forward every day. It is one of the greatest news platforms for HR technology.

Deloitte takes over Maria Solutions for an undisclosed amount

Deloitte announced its acquisition of Oracle Cloud consultancy Magia Solutions, which will help it provide more professional services. The company was founded by Steve Solomon and Peter Crew in the year 2006 before rebranding as Magia Solutions. The group’s Perth-based office became well known across Australia when they traded under their own banner but then again so did our favorite clients–the result being solid losses were turned into handsome profits thanks mostly due to hardworking staff members who never give up on themselves no matter how challenging circumstances might seem at first glance.

The four-person executive team at Magia is set to become Deloitte consultants. The company’s CFO, CEO and two other executives are all expected to join the consulting firm on November 15th as part of this partnership agreement.

Magia has a staff of 75 employees in the four major cities, and offers consulting for implementation as well. It also provides training for all services Magia offers, which is why they have been able to maintain their position with Oracle since the year 2017.

Culture and technology

Technology is changing the way that we work, live and interact with each other. HR must adapt in order for their organization to remain competitive as new technologies are developed every day. In an informative fireside conversation at People Matters EX APAC 2021, Dr. Esther Loo Chee Hong from Malaysia Airlines shared her insights into the employee experience and how it can be crafted to suit individual needs for each company’s workforce. Georgina O’Brien (LinkedIn) described what makes up a great user-experience design while Lynn Dang of Microsoft Singapore elaborated on the different tech platforms available in order to find one that best suits your business goals with support services tailored just right! Finally, Vivek Anand Ravindran discussed security within modern work environments where he outlined both benefits and drawbacks associated with particular solutions like BYOCs workspaces.

Georgina’s hybrid work at LinkedIn is focused on the growth aspect of employees. She shared that her team has invested in training programs, like one for leaders who want to better understand what skills are most needed for their next game. This way, they can provide personalized development opportunities tailored specifically towards each person’s career goals and interests!

Hire more people with science training into senior business roles

The need for better understanding science is imperative, says leading scientist and innovation expert Dr Katherine Woodthorpe at Cooperative Research Australia’s Collaborate Innovate Conference 2021. And that means putting more people in positions with scientific training, so they can lead us into an age of technological development where humanity will thrive like never before!

As the Australian economy, society and environment continue to benefit from scientific research, she called for more consistent funding in order that cutting-edge scientific discoveries are not lost. She also proposed better school education on how these inventions can empower or change our lives; educating future company executives who will shape investment decisions as well as politicians who may make laws relating thereto.

Facebook is hiring 10,000 people to build the ‘metaverse’

Facebook has announced that it plans to actualize the metaverse — and it’s creating 10,000 tech jobs in Europe over the next five years. The majority of these will be highly specialized engineers who can help make this project succeed!

In a world where virtual reality is quickly becoming the norm, it’s no wonder that many people are already envisioning what will happen when we have full immersion into our digital lives. As such, I think this upcoming recruitment drive by European Union governments signals an exciting time for video game enthusiasts who would like to work in research and development with some of today’s most innovative companies!
