Types of CRM software
There are four types of crm software you can choose from. Each has its own features and serves a definite purpose:

- Analytical CRM allows systematic analysis of consumer data and provides critical to business details.
- Operational CRM will enable us to provide support to the customer no matter which department they are connecting with.
- Strategic CRM is a customer-centric system that puts a customer’s needs in front of the staff, allowing them to react and offer better service or product when the consumer needs them.
