Self-adhesive pockets consist of two sheets. They improve the functionality of the media and serve as a storage location for additional materials that need to be added to the case. Pockets are glued to both the inside and outside of folders, notebooks, business card holders, presentation catalogs and other similar stationery.

The bottom sheet of the pocket has an adhesive backing protected by a paper backing. To glue a pocket, you need to free its back from the protective film and gently press its sticky layer to the cover surface.

The device also perfectly adheres to glass, ceramic, metal and other flat surfaces, therefore it can be used to create a navigation system on archive shelves or as a component of an office organizer.

Varieties of self-adhesive pockets
Typical self-adhesive pockets differ in shape and size, on which the purpose of the pocket depends:

Small horizontal rectangles serve for aristocratic personification – inserting business cards into catalogs, sample folders, advertising booklets or brochures, price lists, etc.
Transparent vertical rectangles – for gluing on the spine of filing folders or archive boxes for marking and navigation.
Large triangular pockets – for storing inserts on the corner of the inner side of the folder cover, outpatient card, etc.
Square pockets are ideal for storing CD / DVDs.
Large rectangular pockets A5, A4, A6, etc.

Pockets can be used on the outside and inside

The transparent top sheet of the pocket is made of polyvinyl chloride, the opaque one is made of paper. Some types of self-adhesive pockets contain flaps for a more secure fit.

Self-adhesive labels
High – quality self-adhesive labels significantly save the working time of an accountant, a notary, an archivist, a translation agency employee – all those who, due to their duty, have to bind and seal multi-page documents in order to prevent unauthorized changes, substitution or withdrawal.

Holographic self-adhesive seals serve as additional protection against counterfeiting

They are round, rectangular, triangular, matte or glossy, white or light pastel color, on which the text, signature or seal imprint is clearly visible.

The most popular are the following types:

The ends of the stitching threads are sealed with a sticker with an assuring inscription

A holographic seal on a self-adhesive base protects items from pirated copying, may contain continuous multiple-digit numbering. Fraudsters will not be able to counterfeit a discount card, ticket or warranty card protected by a pattern-destructible hologram label.
Congrivation or notary sticker – a multi-colored star label in a roll without a sleeve made of quality paper, very common in notary office work. It is often used in tandem with embossed printing to enhance the degree of protection and improve the company’s image.
Sticker – a roll label with an assuring inscription “Numbered, stitched and sealed on ___ sheets”. Such self-adhesive labels are used to fasten the tied ends of the braid or threads with which the documents are sewn.
The notary sticker is widely used in office work

This is a very reliable way of sealing, because the glued label cannot be removed without deformation and tearing. This is facilitated by the jagged edges of the labels, which provide incredibly strong adhesion to the paper, as well as a special adhesive composition. In addition, documents sealed with self-adhesive labels have a neat and presentable appearance.
