A New Zealand-based company has been purchased by a tech company that counts Leicester City Football Club, Cineworld, and Domino’s Pizza among its customers and recently secured the keys to its new £ 22 million headquarters in Loughborough.

Unleashed, which provides inventory management software for the production, wholesale, and distribution markets across Australasia, the UK, the US, and EMEA, has been picked up by the Access Company.

Currently, the acquisition is going through regulatory approvals and is expected to finish in the coming weeks. Unleashed was founded by Greg Murphy more than ten years ago and has a team of more than 100 people in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. The Unleashed acquisition gives the company additional revenues of around £ 9.6 million.

Brendan Flattery, Managing Director, Access ERP, said: “Our ERP company helps clients with end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) through online shopping, warehousing, distribution, construction and manufacturing in the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and the US.” The addition of Unleashed to the Access portfolio gives us a tremendous opportunity to expand our presence and potential across these markets, with the global ERP market projected to hit $49.5bn in the next five years.

“Our streamlined approach to applications, processes, and data helps companies worldwide, from source to sale, to benefit from transparency and control of their inventory. We are very excited to welcome Gareth, Lisa Miles-Heal, and the rest of the Unleashed team into the Access Community.”

“Joining Access gives Unleashed a new level of competence in the provision of integrated software solutions, an expansion of our product growth and gives our customers the ability to discover a broader variety of ERP and business management solutions from a single provider,” Unleashed chief executive Gareth Berry said.

We set out to give companies the ability to make, handle, and transfer goods better over a decade ago. We believe that ‘Good Products Matter’ and have promoted consumer choice by creating the best software with a great team to help our customers achieve their business potential. “As part of The Access Community, our storey continues but in an improved way, and we are very excited to be joining Brendan and the team as part of the Access ERP business.”

Thankyou!
