On the right side of it, click on the Cash card icon.
Here you have to choose the option of Activate Cash App card.
For activating a card without using the QR code, you have to choose the option of CVV instead.
Now enter the CVV code or the expiry date of your cash app card printed on its backside.
Once you do it, your cash card has been activated without using a QR code, and now you can use it.
