  1. The applicant needs to visit the official website of the Bihar Bhumi.
  2. The applicant needs to click on the ‘registration’ button. This will help you to get yourself registered on the land record Bihar website. It is if you are a first-time user. If you are already registered, you need to hit the ‘Login’ button.
  3. Once you are logged in, you have to choose the district and circle. Once done, you can click on the ‘Apply New Mutation’ alternative.
  4. After this, an applicant needs to select the ‘On Application’ option under the ‘Mutation Initiation Type.’
  5. Now, the applicant undergoing the mutation process needs to select all the necessary details in the form. Once done, you need to hit the ‘Save as Draft and Next’ button.
  6. On the ‘Upload Document’ page, you need to upload a scanned PDF file of the ‘Sale Deed’. You should then click the ‘Save’ button. Post this process; an applicant will receive a ‘receipt’. It will be saved, and you also need to take a printout of the mutation receipt.

How to go about the mutation process offline?

If you are not familiar with the offline process of the Bihar Bhumi mutation process, you can do that by filling an application form. You need to do that by paying a visit to the nearest district office.

After filling the application with the required details, you need to attach all the required documents. Now, submit the form to the RTPC counter. Post this; you can get an acknowledgement. You will receive a notice via Post. You have to visit the circle office with the original sale deed.
