Tanning

An old bodybuilding saying says, “If your tan is not dark enough, add two more coats.”

This is great advice. It is a different experience to get tanned for a bodybuilding contest than for a prom or before you go to the beaches or for modeling work. Your cut and muscle tone must be visible against the bright lights when you are posing for a bodybuilding competition. If you’re very, very dark, you don’t look your best. If your tan does not get dark enough, you will look flat and washed out.

There are many ways to tan. There are many ways to tan. Some are cheap, some are expensive. Let’s start with the cheapest. The sun. It is free and simple to use. There are some drawbacks. You can’t depend on the sun shining when you need it. It takes longer to get tanned in the sun than to do it using other methods. Third, the sun can cause skin peeling and you could burn in it. Finally, unless your nude beach is nearby or you have access to a private deck, tanning can occur on stage. cabergoline for men medicine is used to increasing your strength power.

A good tanning salon will give you the best results. Good means a salon that has a good reputation for being organized, clean, and changing its bulbs regularly. A tanning salon that is located behind a laundry machine would be a bad idea, but they do exist. You can keep your skin healthy and tanned all year long by purchasing a tanning package that includes unlimited or minutes sessions. Try to do this twice per week. This will allow you to have less “white” to cover up while you prepare for your competition. You should use good tanning oil before and after each session to maintain healthy skin. These products can be purchased at salons.

You will have a good base tan. “Keep that color until your contest.

You must apply enough tanning to “right-on” the stage during the last week of the competition, even if your body is starving and your brain is in a muddle.

There are two ways you can accomplish this impossible task without causing chaos in the rest of the world. There are two ways to apply self-tanners. One is to have it professionally sprayed.

There are many products in the bodybuilding industry that will guarantee you a high-quality, competition-quality tan. These can be applied in coats two to three days prior to your show. They also offer a variety of products that enhance the “look”, including contest bronzers, contest finishers, and hair removal products (we’ll discuss this later), instant tanning, and many others. One company is ProTan ( http://www.protanusa.com ), another is Dream Tan, featured on many bodybuilding websites. Because they are oil-based most self-application products don’t dry quickly on the skin. You will leave a trail if you touch or rub against anything.

Professional spraying is the best and most cost-effective way to get tanned for contests. This can be done two to three times per week. A majority of larger salons offer a spraying area where you can strip down to your posing clothes and have it tailored to you for the stage. The attendant will then spray you with a thick coat of dark color. Instantly, you will notice a difference in your skin tone. Two coats can be applied in two days if you are very dark. You will get dark enough if you apply three coats in three days. Sprays can dry on the skin for up to 4 days before they start to fade. They can also be rinsed in the shower on Saturday after your competition. During the competition, however, you won’t have to worry about not being enough dark.

It doesn’t matter if your plan is to get it done professionally or yourself, your tan will determine how you rank in the competition.

Grooming

While the judges and audience are watching you, you may be wearing nothing but a bare-chested posing outfit while on stage at a bodybuilding contest. Grooming is an important aspect of your body. It will affect your overall appearance. I have already covered tanning in the previous section. Here, I’ll cover hair. You must get rid of all hair except the one on your head. A male bodybuilder can’t have leg hair, underarm hair, or chest hair. All underarm and leg hair must be removed by women. You will need to remove arm, toe, hand, and finger hairs unless your hair is extremely fine. You must also remove any hair that is visible under your posing clothes.

Get a great haircut or style to start your final week of contest preparation. This should be done before you start your final tanning preparation. You will need to tan areas that were covered in hair before cutting it. I recommend that you trim your hair before the Saturday contest.

It can be difficult to remove the rest of your body hair. Laser hair removal is the most permanent and expensive option. Laser hair removal can be expensive and take many sessions. However, it is very effective if your goal is to permanently remove your hair. Hair removal products are more cost-effective and temporary. These products are usually found in drug stores’ women’s section. The most popular brands are Nair and Sally Hansen. A small bottle of lotion is about $4.50, which can be enough for all your content needs. The application takes approximately five minutes, followed by four minutes of waiting before you can use a shower to wash off the lotion. Apply a light layer of moisturizing cream to the area you have removed hairs. Most hair removal products keep the hair away for at least a week. This is plenty of time to have a contest. You can use Cabergoline 0.5mg medicine.

You can also shave the hair off if you don’t wish to use hair removal products. To avoid nicks or cuts, use a new razor, lots of cream or soap, and shave slowly. Sometimes shaving can leave you with a rash or stubs that may show up on stage. To prevent any cuts, I shave on Wednesday morning, before the Saturday contest. On the other days, I use an electric shaver to go over the areas. An electric razor is not something I use the morning of my contest.

Tape-like strips can be used to remove hair. Then, quickly tear off the tape and pull the hair out with the tape. This method is not something I’ve tried and I doubt I will. This method is effective and lasts longer than shaving creams or lotions. It really does hurt!

Prejudging Saturday morning is a great opportunity to show your best. You will feel confident, confident, and ready to show off your skills if you do the little things right from the beginning.
