Students move through our tech classes that are suitable for elementary school children through high school. Our tech courses teach specific techniques and dance styles. We have five tech levels, and students progress when they master every skill level.

The cost of the dance course depends on what dance type you wish to learn and whether you prefer private lessons or group lessons. Most dance instructors charge regular rates of $75 to $100 per hour for beginner dance lessons, but some offer discounted rates for intro dance packages. If you need to freshen up your dancing skills or start all over again, the lessons can cost you between $60 per hour and much more, depending on the instructor’s skills and the type of dance class for kids.

If your child has never attended a dance class, try an inexpensive studio or look for classes in your city parks and leisure centers. If money is tight and your child wants to dance, you can see ballet studios offering scholarships and discounts on fees for students who qualify. The most expensive ballet courses are found at YMCAs, local parks and recreation departments, community centers, expensive studios and private schools.

Depending on how your studio handles this, you can charge higher fees for premium lessons, or you can choose to offer more affordable courses for larger groups of students.

How much you can spend on a ballet course depends on a variety of factors such as the place of residence, the educational and skill-setting that the teacher brings to the studio, the teacher-student ratio of the school, the reputation of the pianist accompanying the students living and the length and level of the class. The average cost of private dance lessons varies according to region and teacher availability. It can range from $50 to $85 an hour.

For one-to-one lessons, the price of private dance lessons is based on the creation of a tailor-made lesson plan, location, the length of the lesson, dance teacher and the years of agreed coaching experience.

Many ballet studios also offer a range of other dance classes, including modern dance, jazz, tap, hip hop, punchline, acrobatics and band gymnastics. In addition to dance classes, there are dance fitness classes such as Zumba, Jazz Dance and Barre classes.

Another option is group lessons, which means that you pay less for a class in which teachers “attention is distributed among all the dancers. Group lessons offer dance studios the opportunity to learn to dance in a class with other dancers. Large group classes are popular with students because they are an inexpensive way to learn to dance.

The cost of a course can range from $145 to $190, depending on the course, plus an enrollment fee of $20 for the entire semester. After a certain number of classes, the number of lower-cost classes can be paid for each class. Group classes can cost between $10 and $30 for a few lessons, and depending on the level of the couple, between three and seven lessons are required.

While some communities offer free dance classes, most dance programs cost money. You can save money on beginner dance classes by booking private or group classes with a few friends, which can reduce the cost per person. Most studios and dance instructors charge a flat rate for private lessons for the style of dance they teach.

Weekly sessions can cost up to $100 in dance studios where internationally recognized dance instructors and performance teams work. For most dance studios, the rent goes up every month, and if the rent goes up, that can lead to an increase in the cost of their tuition.

The average cost of living in your area also affects how much dance lessons cost. Your dance course rate corresponds to the average dance course rates in your community, but other fees and payment structures are also taken into account.

A few dance studios will calculate how much per month you will pay based on the number of hours actually attended per month (considering that month 4 is compared to 5 weeks of lessons), but we do not have the information about all of them, so we have to determine the cost to calculate an average for you. Most schools charge the same amount per month but after you spread the class costs over 9-10 months of the dance season, you pay the same amount for each class each month, regardless of the total number of hours your child is enrolled in.
