Mark Game is the founding partner of the firm and has a wealth of legal experience and knowledge of many aspects of the law. He is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a current member of the Queensland Law Society.

 Prior to establishing Aylward Game Solicitors, Mark Game worked in large specialist national commercial legal practices and as well he was the Senior Legal Counsel for the Queensland Industry Development Corporation (now merged with Suncorp Metway Limited.

Mark Game also holds a Queen’s Commission as an officer in the Australian Army and gave over 20 years of service to the Army Reserve as an Infantry Corp Officer before going inactive in 2001.
