Facebook is used by people for different purposes like sharing photos, sharing posts and other content, making new friends, joining groups, talking with each other, etc. Many people are facing problems of Facebook disabled account, their Facebook account have been disabled due to some reason that is why they are looking for ways to recover their Facebook account that has been disabled. 

There could be two reasons because of which your account might have been disabled like one can be that you yourself disabled your account or the other reason could be that Facebook disabled your account. We will look into both methods to recover your account. 

Method number 1. – If Facebook disabled your account. 

    1. Firstly, you are supposed to visit the website of Facebook and once you have logged into your account you have to enter into Facebook which we call login using the username and the password. 
    2. After you have filled up your username and the password that too correctly in the respective blanks and then hit the Login button to go for the login.
    3. Now, after the login, you are supposed to look for the Navigation form the official website of Facebook, once you have got the form you have to use the form to request for the investigation of the issue of disabling the account. 

 

  • Now, at this step you have to enter the phone number or the email address that is already associated with the Facebook account that have been disabled, also you need to fill in this information to recover disabled Facebook account. 
  • At this step you are supposed to enter your name, your full name, this can be a name different from your legal name. 
  • You have to also upload the picture of your ID, this has to be uploaded from your device. 
  • Now, you will be asked to fill up the additional details of yourself for your appeal. 
  • Lastly, you will have to click the Send option; it will be in the bottom of your form. Once, you have hit the Send button your appeal or the request form will be sent to Facebook. 

 

Method number 2. – When You Yourself Disabled Your Account

  1. Well, if you have temporarily disabled your account you can enable Facebook disabled account. For this, you have to go to the home page of Facebook. 
  2. Once, you are on the home page of Facebook you will have to fill up the email address or the phone number whatever you have associated and connected to the Facebook account that has been deactivated. 
  3. Now, after entering the email address or the phone number in the first box the second box might be blank in which you are supposed to fill in the password of your Facebook account that has been disabled. 
  4. After you have entered the password and the other details just double-check once. Now, if the case is that do not remember the password of your Facebook account then you can go for the option of Forgot password and further follow the steps to reset or change your password. 
  5. After checking the details just click on the button saying “Log in”. You will be able to enter your account if the details are all correct, you will be logged in to your account.
  6. After the login is done what you need to do is to look for the tab saying “Cancel Deletion”, it will be prompted on your screen in the box that will be present in front of you. 
  7. If you have deactivated your account in less than 30 days before then you will have the option to cancel the deletion of your account. 
  8. Once, you will click on the Cancel Deletion option you will cancel the option which could delete your account and all your data and information of your account would be restored and you can use your Facebook account without any problems and disturbance.
