What exactly is custom packaging?
As the name implies, custom packaging entails creating packaging from scratch for your products rather than simply selecting a ready-made box that the product might fit into. This entails making a new box for every one of your shipment’s contents (and presentation!).
We begin by taking measurements
If the item being shipped is not fragile, we will take exact measurements and design a custom boxes that will fit it with little or no movement inside.
And by any measure, we mean anything from a few bits and bobs to highly fragile pieces of technology.
Anything can be placed snugly and safely in our Brand boxes. Then we’ll fold it and seal it. This eliminates void and excess packaging, which has the added benefit of not only being environmentally friendly but also saving you money because you no longer have to pay for space.
How we handle delicate items
If the shipped item is fragile, we repeat the measurements but add a couple of centimeters in each direction to account for internal protective padding!
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, so we use various materials to ensure that whatever you send arrives safely and intact. This includes the following:
