Migrating to Australia on the basis of a positive RPL ACS Migration skills assessment requires you to submit your documents to let the authority know your work experience, knowledge and skills as an ICT professional. Required documents: 

The following is a list of the necessary documents for the RPL ACS Migration skills assessment: 

Personal documents: 

  1. Birth certificate or passport: 

The assessment authority needs you to submit a colour scan of your passport. You need to provide the identification page of the passport showing your name, address and other necessary information. 

  1. Name change proof: 

In case of having changed your name recently, it is a must for you to provide a clear colour scan of the document. 

  1. Resume: 

As per ACS guidelines, you need to upload your CV which goes in the personal document section of the application form. 

Qualification documents: 

  1. Academic documents: 

It is a must-do for you to submit a clear colour scan of your academic transcript and award certificate or completion letter for your Australian qualifications. If having attached your Master’s degree, provide a Bachelor’s degree as well. You need to include the below-given details in your qualification documents. 

Educational degree title/award. 

University name from where the degree was earned. 

The educational degree completion degree. 

A list of course details with the marks/grades you attained for each unit or subject. 

  • Vendor Qualification: 

For Microsoft vendor qualification, give the vendor login details for verification. 

For the Cisco vendor qualification, ACS may ask you to submit your login credentials after the form submission. A candidate can attach this information as a PDF file. 

 

Experience documents: 

You are required to provide a colour scan of your work references on the respective company letterhead or a third-party statutory declaration. 

Work experience document requirements RPL ACS Migration skills assessment:  

  • Your work experience needs to include the employment start date and finish date. If still working, the end date can be written as ‘To date’. 
  • All the duties and tasks you did in your work period have to be written in detail for the claimed occupation. 
  • The details about total worked hours per week. Mention if the work you did was part-time or full-time. 
  • Country of the employment you took on. In the situation of employment in the same country but different location, you have to mention the date and the location of the job. 
  • Letterhead of the organization that must be signed by the author with their name, the title of the position worked in, address and contact details. 

Third-party Statutory Declaration requirements: 

The statutory declaration is given by third-party colleagues who are at an executive level. It should mention that the document is witnessed in front of authorized people including the date and place of the declaration organized. 

The third party has to mention the working relationship they have with you and the duties you did in the employment period with related dates. Having all these things is a must for a successful RPL ACS IT skill assessment
