Fee Structure of KCET – 2021
The first step is to pay the application fee. Once the payment is made online for the aspirants’ forms, they are accepted. Exam fees for the KCET can be paid online with a debit card, credit card, or net banking account. Candidates can also pay the requisite amount using a UPI/ QR using apps such as Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm, and others. Candidates can also pay the amount by taking a printout of their e-Challan and visiting their local ICICI or SBI branch. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) determines and publishes the fees for KCET application processing. The application fee varies depending on the category, which is given below.
Category vise Fee Structure of KCET:
- SC/ ST/ CAT-1 Candidates of Karnataka – INR 250
- GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B Candidates of Karnataka – INR 500
- Female Candidates of Karnataka – INR 250
- Applicants Who Studied Outside Karnataka – INR 750
- Outside India – INR 5,000
For all of the categories, the KCET Application Fee 2021 is relatively affordable. Because this authority is aided by the Karnataka government, the cost is small. It is important to remember that after the application cost has been completed, it cannot be refunded or claimed back. Once the application registration is complete, the applicants will receive a confirmation message to their registered email address and mobile number. It is recommended that candidates print it down for future reference.
The shortlisted students are invited to college counseling based on the seat matrix given by KEA based on the candidates’ exam scores. At the time of counseling, all required testimonials and documents must be brought. Candidates must reserve seats at the colleges that will be participating in KCET 2021. Candidates must pay the requisite counseling cost in order to guarantee their place. This is not a surcharge; rather, it is deducted from the entry price when the student reports to the colleges or universities.
