A Crystalline aura in the Lost Ark provides an additional bonus. In addition to the low cooldowns of more frequently used things like Triporter and Song of Return for free, increased life energy regeneration and reduced research and production time. Crystal auras can be purchased in the shop with Crystallines and then activated. Anyone who buys the Lost Ark Founders Pack will also receive a Crystal Aura, valid for 30 days. Over the past few days, there have been increasing reports of aura issues, as some players lost their Crystalline auras. What should I do when the Crystalline aura disappears, and how to restore it?

The Crystalline aura suddenly disappeared: what should I do?
On Reddit and the official Lost Ark forums, the topic of the missing halo is now one of the most active in the entire conference. If the Crystal Aura disappears when it should still be active, it may be a bug currently affecting some players. The developers seem to be aware of the problem, but there is no real solution yet.

Restore and activate the Crystalline aura?
The only way to restore the Crystal Aura is to wait and hope it will activate again soon. In our case, it also helped to log out and back in occasionally. After logging in again, with any luck, the Crystal Aura will light up green again in the bar at the top, so it’s active. Of course, if the server doesn’t currently have a long queue, you should only do the latter, as a complete logout and login mean you have to queue again (if there is a queue at this point). If the Crystal Aura doesn’t reappear after a few hours, it’s best to contact support or post the player’s name about the issue in the linked forum thread.

It remains to be seen how the developers will handle this and whether missed Crystal Aura runtimes will be counted again or extended. As part of the original issue, the developers have given all affected players three days of free Crystal Auras.
