Summer is everyone’s favourite season because of the sun, sea, beach, and water play. Vitamins for the soul and body in their natural state. Summer is a season when we slow down and prepare for the upcoming dark month.

Going to the beach is one of the activities we enjoy as a family. Without a sun hat, swimming suit, and, of course, water and sand pal, no trip to the beach is complete. We always have a good time on our adventures, whether it’s to the beach, the woods, or just for a stroll in the park. We always remind our small boy to collect his belongings and never to put paper or waste on the ground – if there isn’t a garbage can nearby, simply carry your waste with you and dispose of it when you reach home.

It’s very tragic and upsetting that so many people lack respect for both nature and one another. Each time we visit the playground, I noticed paper from candy and ice cream lying around in the sand, along with plastic containers, snack bags, and so on. – there is a garbage can in one corner of the playground; why not use it and keep the area clean for everyone to enjoy? The same holds for the beach. People like to bring snacks, lunch, water in plastic bottles, and juice in boxes – that’s fine, but please clean up after yourself and don’t leave all your trash and leftovers on the sand!

Children frequently forget some of their sandpal on the beach for whatever reason. Cheap sand castle kits are prone to shatter, and once broken, they are no longer as enjoyable to play with. Given the toy’s low cost, it’s simple to forget or leave behind, and many parents would prefer to purchase a new toy from the dollar store to bring the next time they visit the beach. Eventually, the new beach toy will also break and be abandoned in the sand… and so on.

What these individuals forget or disregard is that plastic is extremely polluting it can take between 300 and 500 years to biodegrade!! Some of the beach toys left behind will be picked up by other children who will enjoy playing with them and possibly bringing them home; some of the broken toys will be picked up and thrown into a garbage can, and some will be picked up and thrown into a container for recycled materials – which is the preferable option. In this manner, they can be recycled to create new, more environmentally friendly toys. However, some of the plastic toys left on the beach (along with other trash!) will float into the sea, contaminating the waters, threatening the aquatic creatures, and eventually disrupting the entire ecosystem.

Fortunately, there are significantly superior alternatives to inexpensive plastic beach toys: eco-friendly sand pals. You should purchase environmentally friendly beach equipment because they

are more environmentally friendly

are non-toxic toys for your children

have a superior design

are more attractive

are durable

Some may argue that pricing is a factor. While eco-friendly beach toys are more expensive than the brightly coloured plastic toys available for a couple of dollars, you can acquire some really beautiful eco-friendly sandpal kits for around $15 to $20 – which I think is pretty reasonable for a great beach toy you’ll enjoy using year after summer.

What yo  u select is really up to you, but I’d rather pay $15 for a solid non-toxic toy that I’ll cherish and look forward to bringing out next summer than $5 for  plastic toys that are awful for the environment and may even be poisonous to my child.

When children’s possessions are of high quality, they are more inclined to take care of them. They will ensure that they collect and bring home their sturdy eco-friendly toys from the beach and playground, as these toys are not easily broken and are enjoyable to play with again. Therefore, the next time you’re shopping for sandpal, consider an eco-friendly option and you’ll notice the difference.
