  • Cooking oil half cup
  • Onion 1
  • Shrimp 5
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato stewed 1 tin

Steps

  1. Fine chop some onions
  2. Add them in to a frying pan
  3. Next, add some the shrimps in the same
  4. Sauté both of them
  5. As soon the as the shrimp turns brown
  6. Then, add tomato paste in to the pan
  7. Next, add stewed tomatoes in the pan
  8. On a low flame, let them simmer for at least 10 minutes
  9. Turn off the flame
  10. Let the mixture cool down
  11. Now, take another pan
  12. Cut the plantains into small pieces
  13. Add them to the frying pan
  14. Fry the plantains so they turn golden
  15. In a mortar, lubricate it using oil
  16. Add the fried plantains and mash them
  17. Now stuff some fried shrimps in them
  18. You can place them in a warm place until serving
