How to perform?

 

  • Lie on your stomach placing your legs together
  • Inhale, engaging your entire core to lift the upper body off the mat.

Wheel Pose (Chakrasana)

 

Another best exercise to get relief of chest pain. Also known as Chakrasana, is a beginner-level ashtanga yoga asana that stretches your lungs and stimulates the thyroid. Additionally, this yoga pose is good for the heart and cures asthma. 

 

How to perform

 

  • Lie on your back with your feet on the ground parallel to each other.
  • Press into the palms to lift yourself up.
  • Stretch your heart forward toward the front side of your yoga mat. 

Dance pose (Natarajasana)

Natarajasana or the dance pose is an intermediate-level vinyasa yoga asana that stretches your neck muscles and strengthens your chest. It improves the flexibility of your body and also improves your body’s balance.

How to perform

 

  • Start in a standing position with your feet together
  • Draw one leg in toward your chest and root down through your standing leg’s foot.
  • Bring your free arm across your body to hold on to your lifted foot.
