“A mother’s love for her child is like nothing else in the world. It knows no law, no pity, it dates all things and crushes down remorselessly all that stands in its path.” — Agatha Christie.

It is certain that no matter what power a person possesses, no power is as strong as the power of a mother’s love, and her consistency to protect her child at all costs can uproar the sturdiest mountains. While women are seen as a weakling in most communities, one should never underestimate the supremacy a mother can own when it comes to her child. Seeing the passion a mother holds for her child is indeed considered to validate the saying, “Heaven lies under a mother’s feet.” It is said that being a mother gives some other degree of strength to a woman and can be a source of inspiration and a warning for all. One such great mother, Anelia Sutton, born on December 25, 1968, had to turn the tables when it came to her own daughter. Where justice seems to be rare in today’s time, Anelia took the law into her own hands and dove into legal research and fought like a tigress until truth prevailed. Seeing her willpower globally facilitated Anelia to feature in over 240 media outlets and web portals, including NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox News, Huffington Post, and Forbes. She is a U.S. Navy veteran with an Honorable Discharge and received many military medals and awards.

This entire journey of becoming the legal strategist for her own case moved American-based Anelia to pursue a career as a legal strategist and free the justice system from all kinds of corruption. She started Mission Possible University for ordinary people to level the playing field against rampant corruption in the justice system. Anelia was born on December 25, 1968, in the Republic of Panama. She is the daughter of a Mestizo-Panamanian (Native American and Afro-Latina) mother and an Afro-Panamanian father. She is an American writer, activist, humanitarian, and bestselling author who co-authored Performance 360 with Richard Branson. Earlier, Anila was the victim of injustice in 1991 when she had to face the tragic loss of her sister Marcia Magdalena Williams, an innocent bystander who was fatally gunned down by a stray bullet on her way home from a visit with her mother. Despite being several years to her death, Sutton still hasn’t overcome the loss and has taken entire responsibility for her three kids. Not only this, Anelia seems to have a good connection with tragedies as she first lost her father to stomach cancer in 1982 and later had to grieve over the death of her niece as she succumbed to kidney cancer in 2017.

Anelia was always a strong woman as she is a military veteran and has served in the U.S. Navy for 11 years and had to give up when tragedies struck her down. Although she had to face numerous catastrophic events, Anelia did not break down and rose stronger than ever. Not only saving her own daughter but establishing organizations and platforms for many others strangled through the customs of injustice. Anelia’s main goal is to spread awareness among communities by educating them about the rights that each individual possesses and acting as a motivation for all. She proudly says that one doesn’t need a professional lawyer to win justice; Anelia had done her MBA and was enrolled in a former Ph.D. program (completed 45 of 60 credits) but had to drop out because she wasn’t able to eat, and sleep, focus, etc. when her daughter was arrested and railroaded in court with lies. Anelia has proved all injustice imposed on her daughter in her book titled Clear Her Name.

Anelia’s strong personality has not only moved the general populace but has also instilled many famous faces to meet her. She was honored by Barack Obama’s visit to her office when she was in the Navy; she has also met Ben Carson at his book signing; she met CeCe Winans at her book signing; met Idris Elba at a car show and has also had the honor of Jeff Bezos replying to her email.
