Three meals per day:

 Ayurveda suggests eating three meals per day, unless you have low blood sugar. A healthy breakfast, delicious lunch and light dinner are all included. Ayurveda recommends that your breakfast consist of a moderate-sized meal made up of fresh fruits, vegetables, and should be eaten between 7:30 and 9 AM. Your lunch should consist of your largest meal. Drinking warm water throughout the day, especially warm water, can help you lose weight quickly and aid digestion. You can have a few sips every half hour of warm water. To further increase the benefits of hot water, you can add fresh ginger or any other herbs or spices that aid in weight loss.

Exercise: 

It doesn’t matter how healthy you eat. Your efforts to lose weight won’t be successful if you don’t maintain a consistent fitness routine. You can burn calories and detoxify your body by doing exercises like jogging or brisk walking. Ayurveda suggests that the best time to exercise is between 6-10 am, when both the earth and water elements are highest in the environment. Every morning, aim for between 45-60 minutes of vigorous exercise.

A regular bedtime: 

Ayurveda recommends that you get up at 6 a.m. and 5 a.m. to go to bed. Your body will work in an organized way if it follows the natural cycle of sleep/wake. Regular bedtimes are a huge benefit to your health, especially your heart health and metabolic health. Research has shown that a lack of regular bedtimes can lead to several health problems, such as obesity, diabetes type 2, high blood pressure, heart disease, and weight gain.
