I read “The Ikon” by Gary Van Haas which is a thriller book. It revolves around the character that is
an artist named Hanson who is given the job of creating a replica of a world-famous Ikon on a Greek island. While doing this work he gets some bad news regarding one of his best friends. To uncover the mystery of what actually happened to his friend, he unravels a vicious maze of helplessness and deceit. Whatever follows next is the whole story of this novel. This novel does start off as slow but picks up pace after several chapters. Overall it was a good read during the lockdown. I might try more novels from this writer.
