Description

Specifically designed to produce regulated direct current voltage from an alternating current power supply, the M51995A switching regulator controller is a primary switching regulator controller.This IC can directly drive the MOS-FET with a quick rise and fall output pulse, allowing it to operate at high speeds.It has the capabilities of not only high frequency OSC and quick output drive, but also current limit with fast response time.So that a truly “rapid switching regulator” can be implemented, the reaction time and sensitivities must be extremely high.It also includes a significant feature of current protection against short and over current, which is achieved through the use of an embedded timer.If only a few components are added to the primary side, the circuit will work.The M51995A is the same as the M51977 except that it has an OVP (over voltage protection) circuit that may be reset externally.
