L9302-AD Part Number Car oil injection functionality (drive IC) The HiQUAD-64 model package

Description

The L9302-AD is an automotive electronic oil injection module that’s on the board with an Auto ECU board Integrated Chip,. The Nissan Teana’s engine contains a computer chip called L9302-AD, or “injector driver module,” which is used to control the fuel injection. The L9302-AD is a monolithic solenoid driver IC produced for the control of linear solenoids for electronic stability control, automatic transmission, and active suspension applications. The four channels of the L9302-AD can be configured as either low side or high side drivers in whichever combination of choice. The L9302-AD combines a recirculation transistor, power transistor and current sensing for both the recirculation transistor and power.

Features

●The L9302-AD has a current degree of accuracy (in normal range) (0 to 0.5 A range: ± 5 mA)
●The L9302-AD has a max drive (RDSON 375 mΩ) @ 175 °C
●The L9302-AD has a 13-bit resolution of the current set-point
●The L9302-AD allows for regulation of variable and fixed frequency current Selectable driver and programmable slew rate control for programmable dither function

Applications

●The L9302-AD can be used as a 4-channel independent LSD/HSD current regulated drivers (AEC-Q100 certified)
●The L9302-AD can be used as an Automotive ignition and injection driver
